Producing method: Heating brucite at 750~1100℃, and grind into powders.
Application: vulcanizer, scorch retarder, acid absorber and filler
CR (Chloroprene Rubber): Magnesium hydroxide for rubber vulcanize is widely used as vulcanizing agent to reduce the activity of zinc oxide and prevent early crosslinking.
Neoprene: Magnesium hydroxide is used as vulcanizing agent and scorch retarder.
Fluororubber: Magnesium hydroxide is used to improve scorching performance and heat stability of vulcanized rubber by absorbing hydrogen fluoride (HF).
CPE: Magnesium hydroxide is a cheap heat stabilizer widely used to absorb hydrogen chloride (HCl).
PVC: Magnesium hydroxide is widely used as heat stabilizer to absorb acid in PVC compound, and it is non-toxic.
